My character designs for the animation started out in 2D and was later built and animated in 3D.
Once again, having an Art Director with OCD tendencies can have a positive effect on the end result, but at the same time drive colleagues and subcontractors crazy. I think my revisions on these (below) balanced on that line.
I was initially asked to do a kawaii campaign logo. Above is one of many roughs but in the end the client opted not to go that route.
