– You ride off into the sunset. You ride with big ideas on polka dot giraffes. You ride powered by a network the others don’t have. You’re a changemaker, a makechanger and a cakebaker. You annoy by doing new things cause new things are always annoying to people who like old things. But they’ll never be able to cut you down and get you in line. Cause some people have it. Others… not so much.

It was really fun to look for an outfit that – visually and conceptually – enhanced the bond between Diana and the fish.

The Devil is in the details... or in this case, in the nail polish. I personally painted 24 fake nails in four coats of polish. And yes, I quite possibly overdid it, given that you hardly see them at all.

Finding a framing that allowed us to crop out all the different video formats we needed was a challenge. Below are some of my early roughs and an ungraded wide shot indicating a few of all the formats we generated from the filmed material. 23 different edits and formats in total.

Below, some storyboard and layout roughs. The location forced us to flip the setup horizontally, but it’s fascinating to see how close the final imagery followed the rough.
